About Verdelais, Bed and Breakfast / Wedding Venue

Verdelais was established as a luxury bed and breakfast four years ago. It immediately achieved a high standard Qualmark rating of 4 stars for its comfortable accommodation and ambience.

Verdelais itself is surrounded by safe beaches and tropical gardens, it was architecturally designed as a French Mediterranean mansion by the original family, to enjoy a lifestyle experiencing relaxation, serenity and recreation. Its tall cream columns which flank the verandas with the magnificent backdrop of the sea and town give you a feeling that you are truly in the Mediterranean. The current owners named the house 'Verdelais' after a tiny village in Bordeaux, France, famous for its miracles.

Breakfast is a signature meal at Verdelais. Seasonal vegetables and fruit are home grown, organic and freshly picked, as well as fresh eggs collected every day from resident hens. A sumptuous dinner menu is also available by booking early and a well stocked bar is there to enjoy a cocktail, fine wine, spirit or beer on the veranda taking in the view. Alternatively, choose from a variety of international restaurants at nearby Manly village or a short scenic drive to Gulf Harbour restaurants.
